Many of us find ourselves in the morning with a tough decision, taking the bulky lunch bag to work with healthy food options or simply eating out at the nearest fast-food eatery.

With this in mind Selene Cruz, an entrepreneur from Chicago, and her business partner Aakash Mathur designed a sleek looking lunch bag that looks more like a designer handbag.

“I was wasting so much money trying to eat out every day,” says Cruz, “and it was almost impossible to find healthy options.”

The lunch bag comes in two styles, the Archer, for men and the Sophie, for women.

Both styles have a tough canvas exterior that’s easy to clean, and an insulated foil interior that keeps food fresh.

To raise money for the first production of lunch bags Cruz and Mathur have launched a Kickstarter campaign that begins today 05/13 at 8 p.m. EST.
