The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) teamed up to launch a new platform that can help millions of overweight/obese Latinos better manage their weight, and keep track of their fitness goals.
The NIH Body Weight planner “calculates how many calories you need to eat and how much exercise you need to achieve a goal weight within a specific time period.”
You can find the NIH Body Weight planner under USDA’s Supertracker.
