The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) teamed up to launch a new platform that can help millions of overweight/obese Latinos better manage their weight, and keep track of their fitness goals.19862736151_a375c20a28

The NIH Body Weight planner “calculates how many calories you need to eat and how much exercise you need to achieve a goal weight within a specific time period.”
